Common use of Visitation Clause in Contracts

Visitation. Upon request by the Union and the presentation of proper credentials, officers or accredited representatives of the Union shall be admitted into the buildings of the school system during working hours for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being observed by the parties or for assisting in the adjusting of grievances, provided that said observation shall not be in areas which would be detrimental to the management and function of the school and its students.

Visitation.
