Common use of Visitation Rights Clause in Contracts

Visitation Rights. At any reasonable time and from time to time, permit the Agent or any of the Lenders or any agents or representatives thereof, to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, the Guarantor and any of its Subsidiaries, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Guarantor and any of its Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors and with their independent certified public accountants.

Visitation Rights. At any reasonable time and from time to time, permit the any Agent or any of the Lenders or any agents or representatives thereof, to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, the Guarantor Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Guarantor Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors and with their independent certified public accountants.

Visitation Rights. At any reasonable time and from time to time, upon reasonable notice, permit the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders or any agents or representatives thereof, thereof to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties Properties of, the Guarantor and any of its Subsidiaries, Company and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Guarantor and Company with any of its Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors and with their independent certified public accountantsofficers.

At any Permit, at reasonable time intervals during normal business hours and from time to timeupon the giving of reasonable notice, permit the Agent or any of Agent, the Lenders or and any agents or representatives thereof, to examine and make copies of (at Borrower's cost and expense) and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, of the Guarantor Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries, and Subsidiary to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Guarantor and Borrower or any Subsidiary with any of its Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors and with their management level employees and/or any independent certified public accountantsaccountant of the Borrower and/or any Subsidiary.

At any reasonable time and from time to time, upon reasonable advance notice permit the Agent or any of the Lenders Purchaser, or any agents or representatives thereof, to examine and make copies of and abstracts from the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, the Guarantor Company and any of its Subsidiaries, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Guarantor Company and any of its Subsidiaries with any of their officers or directors and with their independent certified public accountants.
