Under Visa Zero Liability Protection, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions if you have used reasonable care in protecting your Card from loss or theft and you have promptly reported to us when you knew that your Card was lost or stolen. Visa Zero Liability applies to purchases made in store, over the telephone, online or via a mobile device and ATM transactions. Visa Zero Liability does not apply to Visa payment cards that are used for commercial purposes.
