VISA Rules. You agree to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the VISA USA, Inc. as well as all applicable laws. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the rules and regulations of VISA USA, Inc., the rules and regulations of VISA USA, Inc. shall control.
