Common use of VIRTUS EQUITY TRUST Clause in Contracts

VIRTUS EQUITY TRUST. This Thirty-Seventh Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of March 8, 2024, amends and restates that certain Thirty-Sixth Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement effective as of January 1, 2024, by and between Virtus Equity Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Registrant”), on behalf of each series of the Registrant listed in Appendix A (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) and the Adviser of each of the Funds, Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Adviser”).

VIRTUS EQUITY TRUST. This ThirtyTwenty-Seventh Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of March 8October 19, 20242020, amends and restates that certain ThirtyTwenty-Sixth Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement effective as of January September 1, 20242020, by and between Virtus Equity Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Registrant”), on behalf of each series of the Registrant listed in Appendix A (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) and the Adviser of each of the Funds, Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Adviser”).

This Thirty-Seventh Second Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of March 8August 2, 20242021, amends and restates that certain Thirty-Sixth First Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement effective as of January February 1, 20242021, by and between Virtus Equity Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Registrant”), on behalf of each series of the Registrant listed in Appendix A (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) and the Adviser of each of the Funds, Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Adviser”).
