Common use of Virtual Appliance Clause in Contracts

Virtual Appliance. Without limiting the terms of Section 1.6 above, in the event Customer disables or otherwise restricts Volpara’s ability to provide any Update via the Virtual Appliance, Volpara will inform the Customer Technical Contact(s) thereof and seek Customer’s collaboration for the provision of such Update via the Virtual Appliance, provided notwithstanding anything in this Support Policy or the Agreement to the contrary Customer assumes the sole responsibility and liability for any and all security incidents or other events that would have been addressed or mitigated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s provision of any such Update.
