VIRGINIA UNIFORM STATEWIDE BUILDING CODE. All improvements or construction of City buildings and facilities shall be designed in compliance with the most current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (VUSBC). The cover sheet of all plans developed shall clearly indicate this requirement and shall indicate the applicable edition of the VUSBC utilized by the Contractor.
