Violation of Release Agreement. If Executive or the Company prevails in a legal or equitable action claiming that the other party has breached this Release Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party the reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such action.
