Videographer. Will carry out all aspects of news preparation writing, editing and reporting on-air news casting, interviews, documentaries, and any other news related assignment. Will set-up and operate necessary audio-visual equipment needed to complete assignment and, if required, shall feed it to the required bureau. Will properly complete equipment fault reports and notify the Director of Engineering of any problems with equipment. Will file daily vehicle assignment reports. Is responsible for requesting vehicle maintenance. Other related tasks as assigned.
Videographer. A professional videographer will be taping all shows. When it is closer to the recital date, we will have forms at the studio and posted online. Videotaping with phones and other personal recording devices is not permitted during the performance. Portraits- A professional photography company will be taking group and solo pictures at dress rehearsal. Details will be available when it is closer to the recital date sometime in April. Videographer. Mattock Imagery shall assign a videographer from its staff exclusively for Client’s Event. If necessary, assistants to such videographer shall attend the Event. Mattock Imagery reserves the right to change any initial assignment and substitute another staff videographer at any time due to illness. Due to the length of time required to videotape the Event, Client agrees to provide the videographer and any assistants with a meal during the Event.
Videographer. Consultant shall use their specialized experience and skills to organize, maintain to serve in this capacity. Services shall include but not be limited to: video and editing.
Videographer. A videographer may be provided depending upon availability at an additional rate of $300 for the first hour and $100 per additional hours. Additional hours will be calculated and charged in 15 minute increments. Videographer price includes three DVD copies of event which will be available approximately one week after the events. For purposes of this Agreement, Proprietary Information shall mean, by way of illustration and not limitation, all information, whether or not in writing, whether or not patentable and whether or not copyrightable, of a private, secret or confidential nature, owned, possessed or used by the Client, concerning the Client’s business, business relationships or financial affairs, including, without limitation, any Invention, formula, Wedding Videographer information, customer information, apparatus, equipment, trade secret, process, research, report, technical or research data, clinical data, know-how, computer program, software, software documentation, hardware design, technology, product, processes, methods, techniques, formulas, compounds, projects, developments, marketing or business plan, forecast, unpublished financial statement, budget, license, price, cost, customer, supplier or personnel information or Wedding Videographer list that is communicated to, learned of, developed or otherwise acquired by the Wedding Videographer in the course of Wedding Videographer's service as a Wedding Videographer to the Client.
Videographer. Khakstudio Video Production shall assign a videographer from its staff exclusively for Client’s Event. If necessary, assistants to such videographer shall attend the Event. The producer reserves the right to change any initial assignment and substitute another staff videographer at any time either due to illness or in case of an emergency. Due to the length of time required for shooting the event, the client provides the videographer’s staff full accommodation during the event in places not within Nairobi. For places within Nairobi, the client provides LUNCH for the whole crew.
