Common use of Vice Chairman of the Board Clause in Contracts

Vice Chairman of the Board. The Vice Chairman of the Board shall be the assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and shall assume the Chairman’s responsibilities in the event of his or her absence or disability or as directed by the Chairman of the Board.

Vice Chairman of the Board. The Vice Chairman of the Board shall be preside at all meetings of the assistant to Board in the absence of the Chairman of the Board. In the absence or disability of the Chairman of the Board, or in the event that it is impractical for the Chairman of the Board to act personally, the Vice Chairman of Directors the Board shall have the powers and shall assume the Chairman’s responsibilities in the event duties of his or her absence or disability or as directed by the Chairman of the Board.
