Common use of Vicarious Liability Clause in Contracts

Vicarious Liability. The Underwriters will indemnify the Insured for the Damages and Defence Costs resulting from any Claim made against the Insured arising from any act, error or omission committed or alleged to have been committed by any consultant, sub- contractor, agent or person acting on behalf of the Insured.
