Common use of Vicarious Liability Clause in Contracts

Vicarious Liability. (a) The Centre will be responsible in accordance with the Employees’ Liability (Indemnification of Employer) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to indemnify employees against any civil liability arising out of the course of employees’ employment.

Vicarious Liability. (a) The Centre will be responsible in accordance with the Employees’ Liability (Indemnification of Employer) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to indemnify employees workers against any civil liability arising out of the course of employeesworkers’ employment.
