Common use of VETERINARY DISCLAIMER Clause in Contracts

VETERINARY DISCLAIMER. User acknowledges and agrees that any reliance on or use of the Services for veterinary or other purposes relating to the medical treatment or health of animals (“Animal Treatment Purposes”) is entirely at User’s own risk, and User should consult with a trained professional before taking any actions, or failing to take any actions, relating to Animal Treatment Purposes based on User’s reliance on or use of the Service. USER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS THAT USER HAS OR MAY IN THE FUTURE HAVE AGAINST LAMAZOO ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANIMAL TREATMENT PURPOSES AND TO RELEASE LLAMAZOO FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES THAT USER OR A THIRD PARTY MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF USER’S RELIANCE ON OR USE OF THE SERVICES FOR ANIMAL TREATMENT PURPOSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE NEGLIGENCE OF LLAMAZOO. The terms of this Section 5 are in addition to the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability set out in Sections 11 and 12.
