Vesting Declaration. Vesting Declaration. 12.1 Subject to paragraph 12.2 as soon as may be after the issue of a Final Certificate the Authority shall make a declaration in writing that as from the date of the declaration the Works shall vest in the Authority and shall supply a copy of the declaration to the Developer and the Owner
12.2 The Authority shall not be obliged to issue a Vesting Declaration while any dispute exists between the Developer and any third party concerning the Works.
