Common use of Vessel Information Clause in Contracts

Vessel Information. 1. The names, port of registry, call sign and radio telephone ringer numbers (if any) of owned vessels. 2. With respect to vessels other than those by the Company, the following in- formation shall be furnished for other vessels being operated: (a) Name and owner (b) Port of registry and call sign (c) Time and type of charter (d) Copy of Certification of Inspection.
