Common use of Venue; Forum Non Conveniens Clause in Contracts

Venue; Forum Non Conveniens. Each of the Guarantor and the Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders, waives any objection that it may have (including, without limitation, any objection to the laying of venue or based on forum non conveniens) to the location of the court in which any proceeding is commenced in accordance with this Section 14.
