Common use of Ventures Clause in Contracts

Ventures. If, during the term of this Agreement, Executive is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementing of any project, program or venture involving the Company and a third party or parties, all rights in such project, program or venture shall belong to the Company. Except as formally approved by the Company, Executive shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder's fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary to be paid to Executive as provided in this Agreement.

Ventures. If, during ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇m, the term of this Agreement, Executive is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementing of any project, program or venture involving the Company Corporation and a third party or parties, all rights in with respect to such project, program or venture shall belong to the CompanyCorporation. Except as formally approved by the CompanyBoard, the Executive shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder's fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary to be paid to the Executive as provided in this Agreement.

Except as formally approved by the Companyprovided in Section 4.4 above, Executive shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program program, or venture or to any commission, finder's fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the salary to be paid to Executive as provided in this Agreementtherewith.
