Vehicle Tracking. A Tracking device is fitted to the Motorhome which gives regular updates to the Operator on Speed, how the vehicle is being driven, harsh acceleration/braking etc – please ensure you keep to the speed limits and drive smoothly with care.
Vehicle Tracking. With respect to TNCs, prior to engaging in operations at the Airport, Applicant shall work with assigned Authority personnel and/or a third party company that Authority shall designate, to develop and implement a vehicle Airport Geo-Fence tracking protocol, consistent with the Data Interface Requirement set forth in Exhibit B, attached if applicable, and as it may be amended. Vehicle tracking shall be established as follows:
Vehicle Tracking. 29.1. The Company may install driver monitoring and vehicle tracking equipment in its vehicles. Employees engaged under this agreement will cooperate with the usage of such equipment.

Vehicle Tracking. 4.1. Partner agrees to use the driver app to perform every journey where the Partner does not have an integrated dispatch system. Tech360 requires no less 98% ride tracking across all bookings. This provides the traveler with a better experience, resulting in less service failures, and phone calls. Failure to provide ride tracking may result in suspension or penalties applied, these could be temporary suspension, or Administration Charges.
Vehicle Tracking. 7.2.1. All TNC Vehicles shall be identified electronically for each TNC Trip by a unique number and the TNC license plate number. The unique number shall be linked by the Licensee to the driver in a manner that allows LAWA to audit Licensee’s compliance with all License terms and all operating requirements established by the CPUC. Consistent with the auditing and reporting provisions in this License, LAWA shall periodically audit Licensee’s records with respect to its operation at Airport. For the term of this License, all such audits shall take place in Licensee’s corporate offices within the state of California. The TNC Mobile App access provided shall allow City to view, search, query, and create reports on Trip transactions electronically, as well as access historical information in both report and map format. City shall be able to access all required information for authorized TNC Drivers pursuant to 7.1 above.
Vehicle Tracking. A subcontractor shall at its expense install and maintain in their truck/s a suitable vehicle tracking system as specified by Freighting Solutions. Ensure it is maintained in working order and is inspected as required.
Vehicle Tracking. All street sweeping equipment utilized under this contract shall be equipped with GPS vehicle tracking. GPS vehicle tracking is a way for the County to ensure an efficient job is performed and to expeditiously resolve citizen complaints. GPS vehicle tracking shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A minimum of one (1) GPS vehicle tracking unit to be professionally installed in each sweeper utilized under this contract. GPS vehicle tracking shall be used to document the performance and the completion of the assigned tasks as required by the contract. Functionality shall be tested and assured and tampering of the GPS unit shall not be permitted. GPS vehicle tracking shall be accessible to the County via a website and display the sweeper's most recent history, dating back no less than three (3) months. The website shall be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. GPS vehicle tracking reports shall be provided to the County’s Representative via email daily and display the sweeper’s most recent sweeping period. The Contractor shall advise the County in writing, prior to any system changes. The Contractor shall provide full administrator access to the County tor the system, this includes real time access. The GPS vehicle tracking unit shall monitor the location and activities of the street sweepers including, but not limited to: date, time, location (each/every contracted street/roadway) (latitude/longitude), speed and direction of street sweeping, mileage and broom activity (actively sweeping vs. transit to work site). The printing of detailed maps and/or reports, as requested, shall be provided to the County without modifications as part of the invoice package tor completed cycles. Therefore, sweeping services shall not be performed in conjunction with other contracts, including other Orange County contracts. Should a breakdown of the GPS vehicle tracking unit occur, the Contractor shall immediately inform the County’s Representative in writing, and have no more than two (2) work days to repair the unit or take the sweeper out of service for performance under the contract. The sweeper taken out of service shall be replaced by a sweeper with a functional GPS tracking unit and another backup sweeper shall be designated to ensure the four (4) full time sweepers and two (2) backup sweeper counts are maintained for this contract.
