No Loitering. No one shall loiter in any entrances, exits, stairways, elevators, or corridors, or, except as otherwise consented to in writing by Landlord, in any way obstruct any sidewalk, driveway, lobby, stairway, or elevator.

No Loitering. 19. An owner or member may hire an individual, such as a tennis pro, to give him or her lessons on the tennis courts. No member, owner or guest may use the courts more than 2 hours per day for profit by teaching tennis lessons unless first receiving written permission from the HOA. The Board reserves the right to revoke this privilege at any time. A violation may result in suspension or loss of membership privileges.
