Vehicle Specification. CONTRACTOR shall use vehicles that are designed and operated so as to prevent collected materials from escaping from the vehicles. Hoppers shall be closed on top and on all sides with screening material to prevent collected materials from leaking, blowing or falling from the vehicles. All trucks and containers shall be watertight and shall be operated so that liquids do not spill during collection or in transit. Vehicle Specification.
