Vehicle Replacement. The Administrator will pay up to £30 a day [including VAT], for up to a maximum of 7 (seven) days, towards the cost of a replacement Vehicle. You can only have a replacement Vehicle if the Vehicle is being repaired under the Policy and prior authority has been given by The Administrator’s claims department.

Vehicle Replacement. In the event that any vehicle included on the Vehicle Inventory reaches the end of its useful life, RFTA shall either: (1) sell the vehicle by means of an advertised sealed bid and remit any proceeds of the sale to the BOCC; or (2) convey title to the vehicle to the BOCC by written agreement, at which time the vehicle shall be removed from the Vehicle Inventory. The Parties recognize the disposition of any vehicle must be in accordance with the rights of lien holders identified on the vehicle title.
