Recovery Costs. You agree to pay all of our recovery costs after a default, including: (1) attorney's fees equal to 25% of the amount of our claim or $1500, whichever is greater; (2) reasonable attorney's fees for getting a repossession order; (3) costs of suit; (4) $250 to cover our internal collection overhead; (5) $225 to cover our internal repossession and remarketing overhead if an internal repossession is made or attempted; and (6) all other reasonable out-of- pocket costs. You agree now that the above amounts are good and reasonable predictions of what our actual costs and overhead will be and are not penalties.
Recovery Costs. The Buyer shall pay all accounting fees, legal and administrative costs and expenses incurred by the Company, its legal advisers, mercantile agents and others in respect of overdue accounts or other defaults in respect to this Contract.
Recovery Costs. Any bargaining unit employee who chooses not to join the Union may be charged for grievance representation and arbitration costs if allowable by law. No part of this service charge will be used for political donations. The Union agrees to defend and hold the Employer harmless should there be any dispute between an employee and the Union over the matter of recovery cost deductions and/or reimbursement. ARTICLE6
Recovery Costs. Customer is responsible for recovery expenses, consisting of costs of any and all kinds (and including attorneys’ fees and court costs) incurred by United in recovering the Vehicle (i) under this Rental and Service Agreement; or (ii) if it is seized by governmental authorities as a result of the use of the Vehicle by Customer or any other operator with Customer.
Recovery Costs. In the event of the agency having to institute legal action against the client due to breach of these terms the client will be liable for the agency’s full legal cost so incurred to recover the full costs plus interest.

If the Customer elects to return Goods and then fails to comply with its obligations to do so, the Customer must pay Eclipx its Recovery Costs and, by way of liquidated damages the sum of the average daily Lease Payment for those Goods payable by the Customer during the Term for each day the Customer fails to deliver up those Goods or until Eclipx repossesses those Goods.

If the Customer fails to comply with its obligations under clause 16.1, the Eclipx Group may repossess the Goods and the Customer must also pay Eclipx its Recovery Costs and, by way of liquidated damages, the sum of the average daily Lease Payment for those Goods payable by the Customer during the Term for each day the Customer fails to deliver up those Goods or until Eclipx repossesses those Goods.
Recovery Costs. In the event any action is brought at law or in equity in court to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of this Agreement, then the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover from the other Party all costs of the suit, including, court costs and the prevailing Party's reasonable attorney's fees and related costs and expenses of litigation.
Recovery Costs. The Company will indemnify you up to a maximum of R15,000 (fifteen thousand Rand) for recovery costs incurred by you in the process of recovering the covered vehicle.

Formal Demand (Mortgage) $30.00 Fee is charged to the account for a Demand issued when the account has a serious breach of agreement. Formal demand is issued prior to a Property Law Notice. Property Law Notice (Mortgage) $200.00 Fee is charged to the account when a serious breach of agreement has occurred (e.g. overdue installments).
