You agree that You will not operate or use any Vehicle (i) for racing, mountain bike riding, stunt or trick riding; (ii) on unpaved roads, through water (beyond normal urban riding), or in any location that is prohibited, illegal and/or a nuisance to others; (iii) for hire or reward; or (iv) or in violation of any applicable federal, state or local law, order, ordinance, regulation or other rule or requirement.
