Vectrus Springing Rabbi Trust. As soon as practicable following the Effective Time, Vectrus shall, or shall cause another Vectrus Entity to, adopt one or more grantor trusts in a form or forms that are substantially comparable to the Exelis Springing Rabbi Trust as in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time.
