Vault Information Sample Clauses

Vault Information. The Vault Information included in the Scheme Booklet and any supplementary disclosure made to Vault Shareholders pursuant to clause 4.1(j) (excluding any information provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) will be prepared in good faith and, as at the date of the Scheme Booklet or supplementary disclosure (as applicable): (i) is not misleading or deceptive in any material respect (whether by omission or otherwise); and (ii) complies in all material respects with the requirements of the Corporations Act and Corporations Regulations, Listing Rules, Takeovers Panel guidance notes and ASIC Regulatory Guide 60 (as applicable).
