Variations to this MOU. 12.1 If a Party proposes a variation to this MOU, it must give reasonable notice of the proposed variation, and the reason for the proposed variation, to the other Party. 12.2 Any variation to the main body of this MOU must be in writing and signed by the signatories to this MOU, or their delegates. 12.3 Variations to, or additions of, schedules or appendices to this MOU must be agreed in writing by the Business Owners by exchange of email.
