Variations Between Agreements Clause Samples
The "Variations Between Agreements" clause defines how differences or inconsistencies between multiple related contracts or agreements are to be handled. Typically, this clause specifies which document takes precedence if there is a conflict, or outlines a process for resolving discrepancies. For example, if a master agreement and a schedule contain conflicting terms, the clause may state that the master agreement prevails. Its core function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by establishing a clear hierarchy or resolution method for conflicting contractual terms.
