Variation Procedures. 10.1 The Products and/or Services to be provided and/or performed by the Service Provider will be set out in the relevant Schedule of Services and applicable Service Definitions. Products and/or Services will only be provided to the Customer upon receipt of a signed Schedule of Services and/or subsequent addendum to the Schedule of Services. 10.2 Request for new Products and/or Services. Should the Customer at any time request additional Products and/or Services the Customer shall submit a request to the Service Provider detailing the nature and scope of the services and/or the specifications and quantity of the Products and/or Services.
