Common use of Variation Notice Clause in Contracts

Variation Notice. Buyer may at any time give a notice (a “Variation Notice”) to Seller and the System Operator of its requirement to vary a quantity determined in a Daily Notice consistent with Applicable Law, the Grid Code, Market Rules and Good Industry Practices.
