Common use of Variation Notice Clause in Contracts

Variation Notice. (a) Penske may, prior to delivery of Goods or performance of the Services, add, omit, amend, supplement or replace any Purchase Order or Specification by sending a Variation Notice to the Supplier. (b) No variation will be considered solely due to the provision of detailed drawings, specifications, or necessary instructions necessary for the proper performance of the Purchase Order.
