Common use of Variable Rate to Fixed Rate Clause in Contracts

Variable Rate to Fixed Rate. Subject to the conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may convert from the Variable Rate to the Fixed Rate for any portion or all of the principal amount of the Commitment then outstanding at any time provided the Lender offers a Fixed Rate at such time for similarly classified loans.
