Variable Components Sample Clauses
Variable Components. In a Spot Contract, there are a number of variable components that need to be agreed upon, including:
(a) the denomination and amount of the currency being bought;
(b) the denomination and amount of the currency being sold; and
(c) the exchange rate.
Variable Components. The variable components in a Forward Contract are:
(a) the denomination and amount of the currency being bought;
(b) the denomination and amount of the currency being sold;
(c) the exchange rate; and
(d) the Maturity Date.
