Value-Pricing Programs. Contractor agrees to provide the Exchange with the details of any value-pricing programs for procedures or in service areas that have the potential to improve care and generate savings for the Exchange enrollees. Contractor agrees to share the results with the Exchange of programs that may focus on high cost regions or those with the greatest cost variation(s). These programs may include but are not limited to payment bundling pilots for specific procedures where wide cost variations exist.
Value-Pricing Programs. If not already in place, by January 1, 2016, Contractors agrees to develop and implement value-pricing programs for procedures or in service areas with the greatest potential savings for the Exchange enrollees. Contractor agrees to share the results with the Exchange with the initial focusing being on high cost regions with the greatest cost variation(s). These programs may include but are not limited to payment bundling pilots for specific procedures where wide cost variations exist.
