Common use of VALUE OF THE PURCHASE Clause in Contracts

VALUE OF THE PURCHASE. During the Basic Frame Contract Period (and the “Extension Period”, detailed in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, below, if applicable), the Purchaser will purchase from the Supplier and the Supplier will sell to the Purchaser, Goods and/or Services of a total value, which is equal to the “Contract Value”, subject to the Purchaser's right to increase the Basic Contract Value by up to 40% or decrease the Basic Contract Value by up to 40%.

VALUE OF THE PURCHASE. During the Basic Frame Contract Period (and the “Extension Period”, detailed in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, below, if applicable), the Purchaser will purchase from the Supplier and the Supplier will sell to the Purchaser, Goods and/or Services of a total value, which is equal to the “Contract Value”, subject to the Purchaser's right to increase the Basic Contract Value by up to 4050% or decrease the Basic Contract Value by up to 4050%.

VALUE OF THE PURCHASE. VALUE OF THE PURCHASE. During the Basic Frame Contract Period (and the “Extension Period”, detailed in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, below, if applicable), the Purchaser will purchase from the Supplier and the Supplier will sell to the Purchaser, Goods and/or Services of a total value, which is equal to the “Contract Value”, subject to the Purchaser's right to increase the Basic Contract Value by up to 40100% or decrease the Basic Contract Value by up to 40%50% for the main equipment (MOBILE SUBSTATION) part and decrease the Basic Contract Value by up to 100% for the parts, special tools and services part.

During the Basic Frame Contract Period (and the “Extension Period”, detailed in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, below, if applicable), the Purchaser will purchase from the Supplier and the Supplier will sell to the Purchaser, Goods and/or Services of a total value, which is equal to the “Contract Value”, subject to the Purchaser's right to increase the Basic Contract Value by up to 40% or decrease the Basic Contract Value by up to 4040 %.
