Valuation Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Alcentra an annual valuation fee in the amount of $20,000, payable in full on the Closing Date and on the Interest Payment Date closest to each anniversary of such date for so long as Alcentra or any of its Affiliates is a Lender hereunder.
