Valuation Data Sources. Data used for ▇▇▇▇-to-market calculations must be accurate and consistent. All price and volatility information should be taken at approximately the same time of day (e.g., close of day), preferably from a public data source. If such information must be provided by the Front Office, it will be periodically audited or checked by the Middle Office against the most readily available reasonable proxy.
