Valuation Data. The administrator will provide data with to the Plan’s actuary annually and whenever needed to comply with GASB or County’s requests for financial analysis.
Valuation Data. Make such investigations, studies and property inspections as are appropriate to enable Appraiser to derive sound conclusions and to prepare the appraisal reports to be furnished under this Agreement, including the most recent three (3) comparable sales which precede the appraisal.
