VALUABLE OR SPECIAL CARGO. In the event the Client delivers or authorizes delivery of valuable or special cargo to the Contractor for terminal services and such cargo requires particular security or special handling, the Client shall notify the Contractor in writing of the cargo’s valuable or special nature in advance, in default of which the Contractor shall have no responsibility whatsoever in the event of loss or damage to the cargo, howsoever caused.
