Common use of Validus Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Validus Guarantee. The Validus Guarantee or any provision thereof shall cease to be in full force or effect with respect to any Guarantor and the same is not remedied within 15 Business Days after the Agent has given written notice to the Original Guarantor of such defect, or any person acting by or on behalf of any Guarantor shall deny or disaffirm in writing any Guarantor's obligations under the Validus Guarantee.
