Common use of Validity Period Clause in Contracts

Validity Period. Bids/ Offers shall have a validity period of 120 days from the tender closing date. In case techno-commercially accepted bidder/s does not agree to extend the offer validity, the offers of all techno- commercially accepted bidder/s including the bidder who has not agreed to extend their offer validity shall be opened and proceed further with valid bids.
