Validity of Votes by Proxies. Any vote by a Proxy given in accordance with the terms of a Block Voting Instruction or Form of Proxy shall be valid notwithstanding the previous revocation or amendment of the Block Voting Instruction or the Form of Proxy or of any of the Noteholders' instructions pursuant to which it was executed provided that no intimation in writing of such revocation or amendment shall have been received from the Noteholder by the Registrar by the time being 24 hours before the time appointed for holding the Meeting or adjourned Meeting at which the Block Voting Instruction or Form of Proxy is to be used. Unless revoked, any appointment of a Proxy under a Block Voting Instruction or Form of Proxy in relation to a Meeting shall remain in force in relation to any resumption of such Meeting following an adjournment; provided, however, that no such appointment of a Proxy in relation to a Meeting originally convened which has been adjourned for want of a quorum shall remain in force in relation to such Meeting when it is resumed. Any person appointed to vote at such a Meeting must be re-appointed under a Block Voting Instruction or Form of Proxy to vote at the Meeting when it is resumed.
