Validity of fax mails. The present Agreement and the notices, concerning the present Agreement, orders, notices, additions, appendixes, agreements and other documents transferred by fax and which have been made out properly, are admitted by the Parties and have high-grade legal force; provided that the Parties use the fax number set forth in this Section and provided further that written confirmation of the receipt were received by the respective Party. 12.15.
