Validity of Block Voting Instructions. A Block Voting Instruction shall be valid only if, in the case of a Bearer Note it is deposited at the Specified Office of the Fiscal Agent and, in the case of a Registered Notes it is deposited at the Specified Office of the Registrar, or at some place or delivered by another method approved by the Fiscal Agent or as the case may be the Registrar at least 24 hours before the time fixed for the relevant Meeting or the Chairperson decides otherwise before the Meeting proceeds to business. A Form of Proxy shall be valid only if it is deposited at the Specified Office of the Registrar, or at some place or delivered by another method approved by the Registrar, at least 24 hours before the time fixed for the relevant Meeting or the Chairperson decides otherwise before the Meeting proceeds to business. If the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar requires, a notarised copy of each Block Voting Instruction or, as the case may be, Form of Proxy and satisfactory proof of the identity of each Proxy named therein shall be produced at the Meeting or delivered to the Issuer prior to the Meeting, but the Fiscal Agent and, as the case may be, the Registrar shall not be obliged to investigate the validity of any Block Voting Instruction or, as the case may be, Form of Proxy or the authority of any Proxy.
