All Definitive Warrants issued upon exchange pursuant to this Section 2.4(c) shall be the valid obligations of the Company, evidencing the same obligations of the Company and entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement as the Global Warrant, or portion thereof, surrendered upon such exchange.
