Validation and Authorized Use Clause Samples
The 'Validation and Authorized Use' clause defines the conditions under which a party is permitted to use certain assets, information, or services, contingent upon successful validation or verification. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which a party must prove eligibility or compliance—such as confirming identity, meeting technical requirements, or obtaining necessary approvals—before being granted access or usage rights. Its core function is to ensure that only authorized and properly validated individuals or entities can utilize the specified resources, thereby protecting against unauthorized access and misuse.
