Valid Signature. Check the back of the Card. 3.3.1. Signature. Make sure that the signature panel has not been disfigured or tampered with in any fashion (an altered signature panel may appear discolored, glued or painted, or show erasure marks on the surface). The signature on the back of the Card must compare favorably with the signature on the Sales Draft. The Sales Draft must be signed by the Card presenter in the presence of Your authorized representative (unless a Card Not Present Sale) and in the same format as the signature panel on the Card; e.g., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ should not be signed
