Common use of Vacation/Termination Pay Clause in Contracts

Vacation/Termination Pay. Upon resignation, an employee who has been employed for more than six (6) continuous months (1,040 hours) providing he/she has given the required number of days notice of resignation, shall be entitled to any accrued unused vacation and/or holiday pay.
