Vacation Hold Clause Samples
Vacation Hold. A) Members are limited to a maximum number of two (2) vacation holds per share term. Please notify the CSA coordinator via email wildrussetfarm@g ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at least seven (7) days before you wish for your share to be held.
B) When members have exceeded their two (2) vacation holds or have forgotten to give us adequate notice for a vacation hold, we encourage them to gift their share to their family or friends. This is a great way for members to share the CSA experience. Please explain to your family or friends how to pick up your share, the day and time of pick up, and notify the CSA coordinator via email ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at least two (2) days before if your share will be held picked up by a friend or family member. Members may also notify the farm if they would prefer to donate their share for the week.
Vacation Hold. Contractor will temporarily stop and subsequently reinitiate Solid Waste Services at no charge to Customers for prolonged periods of absence greater than 60 days. If In the event a customer is absent for two consecutive pick-ups, but fewerless than 60 days, the Ccontractor will apply credit for the service.
