VACANCIES AND APPOINTMENTS. 16.01 A list of all teaching and supervisory positions that become vacant or are created in the system shall immediately be sent by the Director of Human Resources or his/her designate to each school at least three (3) working days prior to the closing date for applications and shall be immediately posted in the school or workplace by the Principal and/or the Union representative.
