UTILIZATION OF THE SYSTEM. 7.1. The Carrier will be responsible for the management and operations of its facilities, and also for maintaining these in adequate conditions of conservation, safety and technical standards, in coordination with other gas facilities owners and the Technical Manager of the Gas System, all of it in accordance with what is stipulated in current regulations.
